30-Day Return Window

Unfired, unmodified parts in original packaging are returnable for 30 days from delivery. Restocking fee: 0% if the box is unopened, 10% if opened but unused, 20% if installed-but-not-fired. After 30 days we evaluate case-by-case.

What Can’t Be Returned

Federally regulated items (complete firearms once they’ve shipped to your FFL), ammunition, primers, propellants, and items marked “final sale” on the product page. NFA items, after Form 4 transfer, are non-returnable — that’s an ATF rule, not ours.

Defects & Warranty

If a part doesn’t perform to F-1 spec, we’ll replace it free, including return shipping. Email [email protected] with your order number, the issue, and a photo. Don’t ship anything back before you hear from us — we’ll send a prepaid label.

How to Start a Return

Email us with your order number, the item, and the reason. We respond same business day with an RMA number and a return label. Refunds hit your card within 5 business days of us receiving the package.
