You must be 18+ to purchase ammunition or non-firearm parts and 21+ to purchase a complete handgun. By placing an order you certify you can legally possess the items in your jurisdiction.

Pricing & Errors

We make every effort to price accurately, but typos happen. If a price error is obvious (e.g. $1 for a $1,200 lower), we’ll cancel and refund — not honor — the order.

Limitation of Liability

You assume all risk inherent in the use of firearms and firearm components. We’re not liable for incidental or consequential damages, lost profits, or misuse.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes are resolved in Harris County, TX.
