F1 Firearms accepts returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging.
Return Process
- Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
- Our team will provide a return authorization number and shipping instructions
- Ship the item back in its original packaging
- Refund is processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the return
Important Notes
- Items must be unused, unfired, and in original packaging
- A 15% restocking fee may apply
- Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is defective
- Defective items are replaced or refunded at no cost — contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Ammunition, custom-built items, and clearance items are non-returnable
